Great question. YOu will get out as much as you put in. What we put in though we should do wisley (Eph 5:16)
Here is an idea of what you can do and when to do it during the week as a small group leader
1. MAIL OUT MONDAY
Write 3 to 5 students a note (through e-mail/facebook/myspace) of encouragement just before going to bed.
2. TELEPHONE TUESDAY
Just after dinner call 3 to 5 students just to talk (No "where have you been stuff," just total interest and concern for them – 30 min.)
3. WE GO WEDNESDAY
Wednesday night pick-up prospects and inactive students and possibly a hurting or struggling active student and bring them to Element Student Ministries. (6:30 – 8:00pm).
