Wow what a week. www.campwow.com is where we spent our last week starving the flesh and feasting on the Spirit. Alex Himaya was our speaker (www.tcabc.com) and Pottersfield was our Worship Band (www.myspace.com/pottersfield)
We saw over 50 students give their life to Christ and 25 baptized. 10 Churches were apart and all from the River Valley. I believe God is up to something bigger than all of us. Continue to pray for what God wants to do in the River Valley.
We are already working on next year’s camp. I believe next year we can take 600 – 700 students from the River Valley. This year we took 515.
Planning a camp is not easy and takes a lot of time. I will one day blog on how we plan a camp like this but let me say how great it is when you have such great Youth Pastors like the River Valley has. I’m honored to be at camp with them and am thankful all of them are on board.
