You can learn a lot from other people. This week I have spoke to two great men. Jeff Lovingood, Youth pastor @ Longhollow Baptist Church in Nashville TN and Todd Parr, FBC West Monroe.
Both are great leaders! I learned a long time ago to be a great leader you must be a growing leader. The thing you must remember is to remain humble enough to learn. We will never know it all we can only continue to grow as leaders.
Never stop growing keep learning and keep leading. Go to a conference or make a phone call to a great leader. Will they call you back? Not always! They can’t return all calls or they would spend all day on the phone. You must remember though you can’t score unless you shoot, so put the ball in the air and make some phone calls.
