This is what I took our staff through this morning in our staff meeting:
1. Families are undefined
2. YM have become more socials with no purpose – is their purpose to what you do? If you look at every program you do and ask what is the purpose, how do you answer the question?
3. Parents are to involved yet not involved enough -
4. Family issues are inconveniently interrupted – No Margin
5. Divorce has become a right of passage
6. We are living in the information saturated culture which brings s a new awareness of religion diversity.
7. Students want to hear other students testimony’s – This is something I believe we are doing well in 210 students and it has been life changing. Students, weekly, are giving their lives to Christ because of the word of their friends testimony!!!
