In our weekly staff meeting I normally, at the beginning, do some leadership challenge or a spiritual challenge. Instead of doing that today I had the staff go around and give 1 leadership challenged they have received in their life.
I made them do this on the spot so it was really great hearing all they said and it was very challenging. Everyone can always learn from each other!!!
