Sit Down and Dream

The summer time is a great time to stop and dream. In your dreams, set some goals:

How many do you want to have by the end of the year on...
Sunday AM?
Wednesday Nights?
How many do you want to baptize this next year?
How many do you want to take to camp next year?
How many do you want to send through discipleship?
What are your goals for each event?
What do you want to see different in your ministry this next year? How are you going to take your ministry to that level?

Is it just about have “big numbers?” NO!!!
A goal is simple to push you and challenge you to reach it. Many of us get content and relaxed in ministry and we never see growth. If your ministry is the same as last year then my question is what did you do?

We sat down the other day as a staff and dreamed for our ministry for 2008 – 2009. We dream spiritually where we want to be and numerically where we want to be. We then decided how we were going to reach those goals.

So sit down and dream!!!!!
