This is a term I hear often (Helicopter Parenting). Can parents be too involved in their students lives? Do parents take up for their students too much and not let them face consequences?
All are great questions and I'm not going to answer them all in this post. I did read this article call "The Child Trap" today and it talk about this very topic.
