Tonight we had a Christmas party with all the youth staff’s of all of our campuses. Eric Hystad (our boss) hosted the party at his house.
Being a part of second is unique in that we get to be around great youth pastors and staff’s all the time and learn from each other. It is a very unique set up and Jennifer and I love serving here and leading our west campus student ministry.
Eric invited a volunteer from each campus that serves in the student ministry to come and speak to the group. Their 1 topic was to give a word of encouragement to the youth staff on their campus. Chad Jordan came out for the west campus.
What a great idea and a great moment of encouragement and laughter.
