I had a message through facebook from Lance who asked if I would e-mail the visitor letter's I use. I thought I would post some letters we send out here.
The letter's we send are not the most important contact though. The personal phone call is the #1 most important thing to do for a visitor or a decision. Then I would say the facebook and myspace message/wall post.
