I see a lot of staff's but very few TEAMS. I thought I would start some thought on what a TEAM might look like or at least the leader and the employee.
A Team has a leader that is not all about himself
A Team has a leader that is willing to let great leaders lead.
A Team has a leader that is not afraid to hire a Type A leader.
A Team has a leader that has great confidence yet also humility.
A Team has employees that are not in it for themselves.
A Team has employees that will lead and follow.
A Team has employees that are loyal.
A Team has employees that keep their leader informed.
Just wanted to start the thought of being a part of a TEAM. There is so much more.
Let your mind start to work and then think are you on a TEAM and then are you a TEAM player?
