Do you know your "field of study" the best?

I always try to study up on my field of interest, youth ministry. I'm not called just to set in a office or just play games. I'm called to be a leader of students in teaching them God's word!!! It is more than just a job to me it is a career!!! That means I have to stay in God's word, Hang with students, know the culture and learning daily from those who have gone before me.
