We believe staff should work hard together, play hard together and celebrate together. For a TEAM to become a true TEAM they must do all three while being lead well.
A way for us to do this at EBC was we wanted to have a lot of fun at our Staff Christmas party. With the help of some of the team we came up with some pretty crazy stuff to do during our party.
2 of those elements have been caught on video. Pastor Jordan Punk'd a few of our staff then we created a Staff Song that we had some fun with. Check both out:
