This past weekend our church hosted the Next Level Leadership Conference. We had around 200 leaders attend the conference.
I spent time helping host Bert Ross the National Coordinator. What a great man and leader.
We should all desire to grow as leaders. In the same we should build our teams around us to be great leaders. It is my goal that our youth workers @ Grand Family Church become great men and women of influence in teenagers lives all over Ft Smith.
To accomplish that, I have to invest in developing their leadership as the leader over our ministry. To accomplish developing their leadership I have to be a learner and developing leader.
Keep growing and Keep Learning.
