Here are some tips i gave our adult volunteers for this fall semester.
Way to be Relational this Fall:
1. Attend school activities when you can. (be sure your group knows you were their…)
Send text/send facebook/myspace message / etc…
2. Be Very consistent to your group (don’t jus t not show up – let us know you will no be there.. if the students since you missing a lot it will kill your small group)
3. Be here Sunday/Wednesday
4. Write down prayer request and check on them during week (send note, post on a wall – praying for your game tonight/test today etc…) easy and great benefits
5. Those that are not attending send them a note once a month consistently so they know we missed them.
