When you get beat up in ministry or have great success remember your calling
3. Refuse to die on every hill… pick your battles wisely
4. Value and thank God for the church
You are an agent of the church… don’t rip the church
5. Never stop growing in your faith
6. Learn the systems and work in the systems.
7. Don’t take yourself so seriously
8. Recognize Gods work in your ministry
9. Protect your personal life
10. Work hard work smart and be teachable
