We here this phrase all the time. Whoever is the weakest on the team will pull all the other down. This is not just "staff" people but also volunteer's who serve under us in ministry.
We need to be in constant evaluation of who is on our team and who is serving with us to be sure we have a strong team.
A big part of the strength of your team though is a determination of the strength of your leadership. Are you training your team, pushing your team and developing your team so that you have no weak links? We have to ask is our Leadership the weak link or is it a team player? Both options are possible but we must evaluate which is true.
Evaluate your leadership and your team so you can be the best God has called you to be!!!
