Student Ministry Volunteer Weekly Plan - Be Intentional as a Volunteer

One of our volunteers (along with her care group leader) who leads a High School Girls small group has a great weekly plan I thought I would share what they do:

The leader and the care group leader separate these responsibilities so it takes up about 5 minuets a week

Sunday afternoon -

Text all students who did not attend small group so they know you missed them.

Monday -

Facebook all students (this is easy if you create group on facebook for your small group)

Wednesday

Text all your small group and remind them of Wednesday night Service

Thursday

Text/facebook all students a verse or some "spiritual" encouragement.

Saturday:

Text all students a reminder to be at group Sunday AM.

Simple steps that will take no more than 10 minutes a week but causes you to be very intentional.
