Grow with your team; don't just expect them to grow. if you don't grow w/ them they will pass you and you will work for them one day. 9. Have fun w/ your team 10. Support your team in what they are doing; don't just expect them to support you in what you are doing. 11. Support your teams’ families don't just expect them to support your family.
